How to track your package
To track your package, simply click on the tracking number that you will receive via email once it is shipped (usually within 3-5 working days). If you can't find the email, try checking your SPAM folder.

Priority Insured Tracked Shipping
Orders for which Priority Insured Tracked Shipping is selected are covered by full corporate merchandise insurance, priority assistance via chat, and the fastest shipping available.

The insurance covers 100% of the products against loss and damage of the package during transportation.

However, the insurance does not cover cases of theft or loss that occur after delivery, or damage to the goods by the customer as events beyond our control.

Optional: 3 Years Warranty On Products
Where available, if this option is selected it will offer a complete warranty on all products purchased in that specific order
This special warranty covers all accidental damages and wear and tear for the products in the order.

Package Shows As Delivered But Not Received

Most packages arrive on time, but sometimes the tracking service may indicate that the package has been "delivered" even if you have not received it.

Important: The courier responsible for delivering your package may provide additional information about the status of your shipment. To access the contact information of the courier in charge, please contact us via Email.

Please note that we do not refund or replace items tracked as delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you have items delivered to a secure address.

The shipping company will only mark the package as delivered once it has been delivered to the address provided. If your order is marked as delivered and you have not received it, we suggest you to check your inbox or contact your local post office.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships (please also check your spam box).
Please, keep in mind that the estimated delivery date on the product page is only an estimate based on the average delivery speed of couriers in your country. It is therefore not a guaranteed delivery date.

If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it:

If other people live with you at the same address, check to see if they picked up the package or refused delivery.
Check to see if a notice about the shipment was left in your mailbox. Follow the instructions on the notice for more information on how to pick up or reschedule your package delivery.
If you live in an apartment building with concierge service, check to see if the package is with the concierge.
Contact the carrier and your local post office to request more information about package delivery. You must have the tracking number of your order handy.
Premium insured shipping does not cover stolen or missing packages after delivery, as such events are not due to Weverise Store's negligence but to fortuitous events beyond our control.

Failed deliveries and wrong addresses
If the package could not be delivered to the shipping address indicated for reasons attributable to the lack of cooperation of the customer (missing or wrong shipping address, absent recipient, etc. ..) or if the customer refuses to pick up the package, the package will be returned to sender (Weverise Store) at the expense of the customer.

For customized products we do not accept returns, so the customer will be contacted and asked to provide the correct address for delivery. The customer is responsible for paying the additional shipping costs for redelivery.

Delays or non-delivery
If after 30 days you have not received your package, please contact us at info@mastimaya.com.

We will check the status of your order for you and make sure that there are no errors or mistakes.

Orders Tracking
All orders are treated with the utmost care and traceable. After 1-5 days you will receive your tracking code via email and you can check the status of your package in the appropriate section of our website.

Multiple Orders

Ordering more products from us, it is possible that they are shipped in different packages but with the same timing and shipping costs.

This happens depending on the availability of products, since our partner factories and our warehouses are located in multiple locations.

Guarantees
Every eligible purchase is covered by a satisfied or refunded guarantee, valid for 14 natural days from the date of delivery.

We remind our customers that products bearing engravings or other customizations are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
